We haven't forgotten, developed with makeup artists in mind, we know that time is precious as a Makeup Artist and great storage solutions are not that common. Developed with strong resin zips, because we know you will always want to try and squeeze in that extra product which you just might need. Good quality PVC, so your bag won't instantly fall apart and you can see what products are inside, and innovative designs, made to suit you and your needs.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Visa Debit, MasterCard) and Paypal.
IT SEEMS I CAN ONLY PAY THROUGH PAYPAL IS THIS CORRECT?
Yes and no, Paypal is our payment gateway, i.e. it is how we accept our payments, however, you do not need to be signed up with Paypal to pay us. When you click through to pay you will see below the login there is an option to pay via credit/debit card without signing up to the Paypal system. By clicking this, you will be able to pay as normal.
DO YOU ACCEPT INTERNATIONAL ORDERS?
At present we currently accept orders from UK, USA, France, Germany, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Belgium.

WHEN WILL I RECIEVE MY ORDER?
Standard delivery time for this the UK is 2-5 working days from the order's dispatch date. Please note: orders are dispatched and delivered on business days only (Monday through Friday, except major holidays).
International deliveries usually arrive within 3 weeks and any customs charges will be sole responsibility of the person ordering the item.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
We hope you love your purchases, but if for any reason you do need to return something to us, we've made it as simple as possible to do so.
Just return the item in its original packaging within 14 days of receiving your order and enclose the completed returns form.
For reasons of health and safety we will only be able to offer a refund or exchange on unused items.
WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I RECIEVE A FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT?
In the event that your item is faulty please return the item in its original packaging within 14 days with your completed returns form and we will be happy to refund or exchange your item.
